Fans have been waiting for a true Kingdom Under Fire game on the Xbox 360 for a while now (Circle of Doom doesn’t count), and it appears they may have to wait a bit longer. Originally slated for a release this year, Kingdom Under Fire II has now been delayed until holiday 2011 at the earliest, and KUF fans have Microsoft to thank for that. Due to their Xbox Live MMO policy, which isn’t exactly clear, KUFII is hitting some roadblocks, even though game director Sang Youn-Lee told Eurogamer that the system was already complete.

It’s his interview, so that should make sense, but there’s an ungodly amount of juicy quotes here even for the average game industry exec interview.
